Waitlist Terms
Effective September 30, 2026
These terms apply when you join the Reggie waitlist. They're between you and Reggie Inc., 1125 E Broadway, Glendale, CA 91205. When the Reggie app launches, separate terms will cover the app.
Joining.
You must be 13 or older to join. Use your own email address, and only sign up once.
What you get.
Joining means we'll email you when Reggie launches and may invite you to early access. A spot on the waitlist doesn't guarantee access by a certain date or at all, and early access may be limited.
Emails.
We'll only email you about Reggie's launch and early access. You can unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to remove you by writing to support@shopreggie.com.
Your information.
Our Waitlist Privacy Notice explains what we store and how we use it.
Fair use.
Don't sign up other people without their permission, submit fake or automated signups, or try to interfere with the site. We may remove signups that break these rules.
No warranties.
Reggie is still in development. The waitlist and landing page are provided as is, and plans, features and timing may change.
Liability.
Joining the waitlist is free. To the extent the law allows, Reggie isn't liable for any loss connected to the waitlist or landing page.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by California law, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Los Angeles County, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.
Changes.
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do.
